Bring some Yin Yoga into your week to balance out some of that more active or Yang energy swirling through your body.

Allowing for that slow opening release of fascia. Moving yourself into a posture then finding stillness. Complete stillness….. Stillness of your body and stillness of your mind.

This class may require the use of some props. ie. a couple of pillows or big cushions in place of the bolster ; a belt or a full sized towel to use as a strap ~ Improvise
