Sharon’s Vinyasa classes provide a welcoming and nurturing environment to practice yoga. She encourages personal growth by including opportunities to try new variations or extensions of poses, within one’s capabilities and confidence. Sharon provides excellent dialogue to explain the postures, often while demonstrating it. She may be in ‘flying pigeon ‘ or headstand and still effortlessly giving instruction. She is also accomplished at teaching Bikram and Yin classes. Her knowledge and passion for sharing the yoga philosophy is always evident, on and off the yoga mat.
