Sharon is a wonderful yoga instructor.
Sharon’s Vinyasa classes provide a welcoming and nurturing environment to practice yoga. She encourages personal growth by including opportunities to try new variations or extensions of poses, within one’s capabilities and confidence. Sharon provides excellent dialogue to explain the postures, often while demonstrating it. She may be in ‘flying pigeon ‘ or headstand and still effortlessly giving instruction. She is also accomplished at teaching Bikram and Yin classes. Her knowledge and passion for sharing the yoga philosophy is always evident, on and off the yoga mat.

Shaz’s warm, welcoming and genuine personality put you at ease the minute you meet her. Her yoga classes are fantastic, there is such a great atmosphere in the room with Shaz; from it being your first class, to your 100th, your are included and feel at ease. Never fear though, if an energetic class is what you are after, you will certainly get it, if you want to have a more gentle class, you will get options for that as well. Her style is always one of playfulness and no judgement.

“You know when I saw other yogis mastered the side crow pose. I was wondering how long it will take me to get there. I have been practising yoga for few years now but I was never able to lift myself off the floor. But this morning, follow your clear and precise instructions, I lifted myself off the floor for 2 seconds, hurray I did it!!!!!. Sooo, listen and follow teachers instructions, everything is possible.
