Explore the use of breath to help you get more out of your body and practice, then in turn, more out of your life. In times like these, we still need our yoga, me included. Expect to move and flow your body creating internal heat through the use of your breath. I may give you a challenge or two. Make space for a laugh or two also.
This really is your practice, one breath at a time. Move… Connect…. Be present in your own self….
Remember, there is always time to relax and replenish with savasana to complete your practice.
