As the name suggests, this class will be a mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Vinyasa element to have you connect movement with breath, teamed with the Yin component of class to allow for that slow opening release of fascial tissues.
This class may require the use of some props. ie. a couple of pillows or big cushions in place of the bolster ; a belt or a full sized towel to use as a strap ~ Improvise
