Y I N  &  MEDITATION
 Every Tuesday night at Kula something  special takes place. People come to gather to participate in a slowing  down, and turning inward practice, called Yin yoga. Guided by the  beautiful @shazpyleyoga you will find yourself moving slowly through  some deep, opening and restorative postures, followed by a delicious  restful meditation. Come in and give yourself this time and space, and  see just how wonderful and recharged you feel after 🙏💚
