Yin Yoga

While we are all aware of the benefits of sharing energy of a yoga space together, there are times where it is especially comforting to not have to drive anywhere. Time to complete your practice, roll off your mat, have a cuppa and drift off to bed. Monday night Yin through Zoom is just that time.

Allowing for that slow opening release of fascia. Moving yourself into a posture then finding stillness. Complete stillness….. Stillness of your body and stillness of your mind.

This class may require the use of some props. ie. a couple of pillows or big cushions in place of the bolster ; a belt or a full sized towel to use as a strap ~ Improvise
