Care circles are groups of amazing human beings, who gather in friendship and in turn gift perhaps what they may have spent on themselves for an outing, be it brunch, lunch or dinner, or a night out.

Our care circle envolves coming together on this day to share nourishment through the practices of Yoga with myself, along with the receiving our nourishment through breath and sound with the talented Mat + Lamisha from Creative Roots Breath Therapy.

Our yoga will be gentle Vinyasa style, open for all ages and stages of practice, from beginners to more advanced.

Then all you need to do is nestle into your mat and allow the harmonic vibrations of sound from Mat with the handpan drum and other musical instruments of his choice, settle into you, as your breath is guided along with sounds. Oh so dreamy, let me just say ;)

We’ll share some light refreshments and a few of my signature treats on the deck from 4:30pm, finishing up in time for you to head out to any Christmas gatherings you may have planned. It is coming up to that time of year again.
