Remember to connect with Nature

Yoga is far more than just a physical asana practice. It’s about how we connect and share the practices of the human race. Being part of the big picture, sharing principals and real life rules that make us who we are, caring and compassionate for the good of all around us.

Take the time to connect today. This could be as simple as a smile to a stranger walking by you in the street, or on a country walk. Truly embrace and live every moment of life. It’s yours !

Testimonials

Sharon Lea is a wonderful yoga instructor.
Sharon’s Vinyasa classes provide a welcoming and nurturing environment to practice yoga. She encourages personal growth by including opportunities to try new variations or extensions of poses, within one’s capabilities and confidence. Sharon provides excellent dialogue to explain the postures, often while demonstrating it. She may be in ‘flying pigeon ‘ or headstand and still effortlessly giving instruction. She is also accomplished at teaching Bikram and Yin classes. Her knowledge and passion for sharing the yoga philosophy is always evident, on and off the yoga mat.

Fond regards

I remember my first class, when I came to check in, you told me one thing to do: Breathe!
I didn’t get it then, but I do now. You have changed my life, Sharon. Through your amazing and fun instruction, I have gone to places I only ever dreamed. You are an incredible teacher. I am so grateful to have met you and to be taught by you. ~Angela~
